Original commencement of production in April, 2010
Joined hands with Schutte Meyer and re-named as “Schutte Meyer Ashwath Alloys Private Limited in December, 2012.
Taken over by Klaus Union GmbH of Germany since January, 2017.
Original promoter Mr. S.Govarthanan continues on board as Managing Director.
